"Is the resolve to upgrade the telerik libraries? If so will upgrading telerik have any negative impact with DNN6.2? "

Not a recommended course of action.

DotNetNuke ships with customized Telerik library if you upgrade to a different version of Teleirk we won't be able to support your installation.

We plan to update Telerik in the next few releases but I don't see a related Telerik bug logged for the behavior seen in the post you provided.

The year is 2015 and DNN version is 7.3.4 and the problem still exists.

Did anyone come up with a solution?
