Hi,

after upgrading a portal from 4.9.5 to 6.2.1 (4.9.5 -> 5.2.3 -> 5.4.4 -> 5.5.1 -> 5.6.4 -> 5.6.7 -> 6.1.3 -> 6.2.1 - it took me a while to find an upgrade path that was working, esp. with Erik's ML modules....), I get the following messages on a page (when logged in as host!):

I did add the user ID1 to the portal in the UserPortals table, I assigned the user ID 1 to the administrators group of this portal... no change.

The module inherits view permissions from the page. View and Edit permissions on the page are only for Administrators.

Can anyone tell me what is going on here?

Best wishes
Michael

On some modules I find out that the host didn't have admin permissions.  You could add the host on the module settings and give them edit permissions.

Thanks, Matthias!

I realized in this case that changing from Edit to View mode and back (a few times) did solve the problem. Crazy...

Best wishes
Michael
