Hi

i have a problem with my dnn. when i add/upload files or folder in my portal via my ftp app, it does not appears in dnn file manager. how to work-around this problem ?

I don't think that the file manager uses the directory structure directly but a representation of it in a couple of db tables.  Having loaded files by ftp, dnn won't know that they've been uploaded and so the tables won't have been updated.  You can get the tables to update within file manager by clicking synchronise files with the recursive option checked.

On occasions I have had to restart the app for them to appear.
