You mean when you look in Users under the admin menu? All AD users will be entered with the domain name preceding their username but there's not really a way to filter under the Users section that I know of off the top of my head. You could do it via sql though.

Hi Mike! Thanks for your reply, i have that in my head already, I was just looking for other ways or something that might be used to filter them. One thing i noticed is that I can still log in in AD even without the Domain ahead of the username that's why I haven't considered that option. One thing that I noticed was the retrieval of passwords to the email addresses, All Web Form Registered users, retrieve the decrypted passwords yet AD added users are receiving the encrypted ones, can you explain this to me Mike?so that I can explain it to my client as well, I might have missed something in the documentations, (sorry for that, my bad). Thanks a lot!

When you're logging in without your domain name are you still logging in under the Windows Signin option?

You don't mention what version of DNN or the provider you're using but with the 05.00.02 or 05.00.03 release of the provider I set up the code to enter a random password into the database rather than the users actual password. I did this for the same reason that there's no way to get a users domain password... security.

Yes Mike, Im able to log in using the windows sign in. Actually was able to create two users already, 1 with the domain and the other without the domain e.g (domain/username and username)--> different users in the database. But that's not actually my concern at the moment. My client wants the real password of their AD account. Is this possible? So if not, i could tell them that its not possible though. Thank you so much mike for the great Help.
