Dear Mr. Andy S
I should create a corporate templates (for example fax form, absences form ..), with some fields that should be filled in automatically (last name, first name, telephone number...) from user details in DNN dataBase or from Active directory.
Now the models are created using Microsoft office word, but it is not professional.

There is the possibility to create them from the beginning through DNN?

or with payment moduls ??

I do not know if I was clear, if not i will try to be clearer.

Hi,

Check out digForm.  It's a powerful and easy to use forms module.  It supports Multi-Language and has lots of field types.

Thanks

Mike

a free option would be using Helferlein Form (helferleinform.codeplex.com)

Cheers from Germany,
