I was wondering if it would be possible to configure forms and lists to submit a question and upon submitting the question have the submitter redirected to a payment site such as paypal in order for them to make a payment for answering the submitted question?  If so, where/how would that be done?  Thanks so much!!!

It would be possible to redirect to PayPal, though there is no option to pass in any form input as parameter.

Thanks Stephan.  How exactly would that be accomplished?  I don't necessarily want to pass form info to PayPal but I do want it to be able to submit the form data to the database while redirecting the person to PayPal.
