Hi All,

I created a .ascx page with name page1 in VS2010 and associated with a page in DNN 6.2 now I have to make sure that when ever the user clicks the button in page1 the user is supposed to redirect to Page2

But both my page1,page2 are .ascx files. How can I write response.redirect in this scenario??

Lily,

ascx are not pages but controls - and DNN modules derive from controls, more or less. You do not need to create "pages" (which are aspx files), except for very special scenarios.

I suppose that page1 and page2 are controls of one module that you wrote. So if you want to change the view from page1 to page2, have a look at the IActionable interface.

Best wishes
Michael
