I think the question he is asking .. is there some sort of ASCX token that will spit out what language is actively being used? If so maybe that token can be wrapped in a CSS class. Then with your stylesheet .. you can hide content based on whether or not the class exists for a specific language.

If you don't have the localization code in the URL....

In the skin ascx files you can put the following code inside a class and then use a combination of CSS styling to hide specific language content as well:

<%= PortalSettings.CultureCode %>
