I am currently trying to add a Live Chat script to a client's website.  The code is javascript and instructions are to insert between <head> and </head>. 

 1) Can this be done by logging in as the Admin user? 

 2)  Or, will I need access to the FTP? 

 3)  Are there any DNN Live Chat plugins that can be added by logging in as the Admin user?

To inject Javascript code in the page header I recommend to use Will Strohl's Content injection module available on Codeplex.

Thanks Michael.  When trying to install the module, I am getting the following error:

Failure ExceptionSystem.Exception: Dnn load failed, aborting at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnLoaderFactory.GetDnnAdapter() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.Install() 

 Any ideas?

Please check if you have the required DNN version installed, otherwise you can use an older version of the module. If the problem still persists then you can use the discussions or issues section of the module on CodePlex.
