I am trying to import some content from a production server to a new CE 6.2 server I am setting up. The Export works fine. I move that file to the ..\portals\_default\template file on the target server. However, when I run the Import Content wizard I never see the file in the dropdown. I have tried a few of the options for the folder (cache, templates, etc) as well as trying the 0 portal (instead of _default). However, no matter what I try the file dropdown never has any file show up.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks.

Mark

This answer will probably come too late for the topic starter, but as the question still pops up when others (like me) search for an answer to this problem:

You need to synchronize the files using the 'synchronize files' button in the file manager (or wait a while until some background process synchronizes the files). This is still true for DNN7.
