i have a page in my  dnn website that i want to add info in other language , for example russion.

instead of russion charecters i see questions marks, what should i do in order to display that language?

make sure to use Unicode in your content, especially when pasting from another application.

in my default page in meta tag i'm using charset-utf-8 http-equiv-"content-type"
