Having difficulty getting the upload .csv function to work in the Geosprawl module. Using Windows7 computer with 64-bit connection IE9. File template is configured correctly; with a simple name with no spaces/hyphens/underlines. We set "Enable 32Bit Applications" to TRUE on the server (both per instructions from the developer). Our Win2008/IIS 7.0
server has .NET Framework 2.0/3.0/3.5/4.0 (ASP.NET, ADO.NET,).

Yet we continue to get this error message:

Error occurred processing row # 0

Please check your data in this row number and upload your file again to restart the process.  You should also clear your data. Please follow the troubleshooting steps at the bottom of this message to try and correct your problem

If you are getting a System.InvalidOperationException... Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 is not registered error, this problem can be solved by either Installing MS Excel, MS Access, or the Jet 4.0 installation directly on your web server, or install the Microsoft Office System Driver for Win2008 Servers and higher as these operating systems no longer support Jet 4.0. This can be downloaded from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=7554F536-8C28-4598-9B72-EF94E038C891&displaylang=en
This driver is needed by the framework in order to read through a CSV/Excel file.  For other errors, try naming your CSV file to something simple such as MyData.csv before uploading it.  Do not use any strange characters such as underscores or dates within the file name.
