1. If I'm not logged in and click on the site member it takes me to the profile page and show it correctly albeit encrypted, that's good and correct. Path would be /Community/Profile/tabid/61/UserId/22/Default.aspx for that person.

2. If I login as a normal user or as host and do the same thing, it refuses to hold the 22 and replaces it with my own profile so my profile shows up instead of the other persons profile.

3. If I manually change the 1 to 22, it refuses and reverts it to 1 or whatever the ID is for whom I'm using as a user.

Here is the error:

Fresh install fixed it - started over and put the Journal module in first on a page, bingo, it all fell into place.

I've also had to do a "fresh install" to fix stuff, seems like a pretty crappy way to have an app behave.

My fresh install lasted all of about 20 minutes then the same error reared up again. Not the profile error, that's working now that I started building with the Journal correctly first. Now the Journal broke again. I don't want to offer it to any more clients until we can figure out why. Customers really can start breathing down the neck expecting it to just work.
