GoDaddy's DNN capabilities are limited so I switched to Ihost over the weekend only to find out that there is no support outside of bankers hours (so much for their reputation of great customer service) and they didn't answer any of my emails today.

Who should I try next?

Try powerdnn, there support is 24/7 and they are optimized for DNN

iHost don't support via email, you need to raise a ticket via their Support Center (https://support.ihostllc.net/). I've always found them to respond within a couple of hours or so.

The problem with Ihost was that the username they gave me worked for the control panel but the support system didn't recognize it OR my email address when I tried to go the "forgot my email" route.  My subject line stated that I couldn't log in to use their system - took 3 days for them to bounce that back to me telling me to use their system.  Fine.  I used their system - don't need to log in to contact sales - I just cancelled the agreement.

Grrrrr.

Might have a go with PowerDNN.  Almost no one has 24/7 support it seems and I cannot fool with this during the workday.

Well, you can actually use iHost's support to log a technical query in the same way. As I'm in the UK, my tickets are generally raised outside of US banking hours plus I raise some at weekends and they are answered fairly quickly. Just sayin'.
