So I faced a problem today. After A 1,5 year of stable work my DNN site don`t seem to respond.

Today at night, my hosting provider rebooted my server. After that, It didn`t came up. I`ve faced problems like that before, but now there is one strange difference:  nothing appears in LogFailures file, and nothing new in database logs.

It just shows <sitename>/Install/UnderConstruction.htm page and nothing seems to change it. So, I even don`t know where to start.

 Any ideas?

Just keep a local backup in any case, weekly or even monthly if you can.

As a matter of fact, it`s better not to keep LOCAL backup. The best practice is to keep it somewhere safe, because the whole system could be crushed.
