What is different to the other Websites?  Did you use there a other DatabaseOwner?

i really dont know....another administrator is managing the website.

but database creation and creating the website is all the same.

i tried to copy a working website to the not working website but nothing changes.

so it must be something in the webconfig or in the database.

Please make sure on the Sytemsettings (host login) the jQuery used version 1.7.2 !

i have version 1.4.4 of Jquery, how can i update that?

Don't use the CDN version on your Host settings will use the versions of jQuery that delivered with DNN.  Or change the Version No. on the CDN jQuery property to version 1.7.2 !
