I upgraded from version 6.1 to 6.2.1.  When I log in as admin or host, the menu bar at the top just shows links.  I see that I am getting a javascript error - Object doesn't support property or method 'hoverIntent'.  The manage buttons are fully visible and cannot be clicked.  I am using the Dark Knight skin.

I went ahead and upgraded th 6.2.2 and the problem still exists.  Anyone have any suggestions?  I did not have this problem with 6.1.5.

I am using IE 9.  I discovered that it works properly with firefox. 

jQuery Settings - Hosted is checked.

jQuery URL http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1/jquery.min.js

jQuery UI URL http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.8.16/jquery-ui.min.js

Minify JS is not checked.

Changing the jQuery URL fixed the problem.  The administration ribbon bar now appears above the darknight menu in both IE and FireFox.  Prior to the change, it did not work in IE.  In FireFox, it was on top of the darknight menu.
