We recently upgraded DNN from v4 to v6.2.0.  For the first couple weeks, the module container worked fine, but now the setting we prefer is not working.  We use the following: "Site: Afero - blue02" in most modules.  If I select that in the module settings and preview, it appears good, but when I update the module, I get the generic default (a white background and green lettering in the module header).  I even have the site settings -> basic settings -> appearance settings set to the "Afero - blue02" container, but it still only works in preview.

What can be done to get this working corretly again? -- Restoring the backup is not an option anymore, too many changes have occurred since the upgrade.

Thank you for your help.
