Does anyone have any experience working with this vendor? I found them on Snowcovered, asking them questions about a skin they are selling. I sent them questions using several different avenues (dnn, their website, and zendesk). I've heard nothing back from them.

This has to be a sign telling me what i'm going to get when i actually do purchase from them.

Yes, a couple of days and then once I got an email from them I continued to use that avenue of communication and they have since been very responsive and helpful.

You just have to get on their radar and then they're great. Hanging in there worked for me but I know how trying that can be.
