When I try to read the html from a module I cannot get a new HtmlTextController:

        ' get modules on the page
        Dim moduleController As New ModuleController()
        Dim modules As Dictionary(Of Integer, ModuleInfo) = moduleController.GetTabModules(TabId)
        For Each mi As ModuleInfo In modules.Values
            ' get the content from the module
            Dim objHTML As New HtmlTextController
            Dim objText As HtmlTextInfo = objHTML.GetHtmlText(ModuleId)
            Dim htmlTextController As New DotNetNuke.Modules.HTMLEditorProvider
        Next

Both highlighted and underlined items pose errors in VS2010.

I've added a bunch of imports and search google like crazy to no avail.  I am running 6.x and cannot get it to work.  I know I am missing somethig simple.
