Sorry to disturb, however need a favor from you on DNN related matters.

I have installed the latest DNN 6.2.2 Community version on our test server, and all is working fine without any issues. However, we tried to migrate to our production server,we encountered “an error has occurred” issue.

An error has occurred. An error has occured.

We cannot access the admin, or the whole site as the website keep getting this error. Connection to database seems to be ok as we have checked it via ODBC.

We have checked the log and found out that we are getting http error 403.

I hope you could help us to identify the cause of the issue.

Any entry in the DNN site log?

Please check permissions on the file system and database. Maybe there is something wrong there.

Best wishes
Michael
