Hi.. well I was on i think 6.1.5... but godaddy totally screwed up my site.

Now Im just trying to start from scratch. I have spent the last 5 days on support with them and the problems have now effected all my domains i have hosted.

Forgive my ignorance... but I will try to install from scratch, and it has been a while since i have done this.

I have created a database on go daddy:

dnn122370300xxxx.db.9012375.hostedresource.com
Database Name:
dnn122370300xxxx
Database Version:
2005
Description:
DotNetNuke-JL
User Name:
dnn122370300xxxx

When I get to the configure the database section of DNN 6.2.2 installation wizard -

Select Database: SQL Server 2005/2008 Database   --- since it is not express (I assume)
the it ask for

Server: .\SQLExpress
Here I am unsure on what to put...  ?   dnn1223703005164.db.9012375.hostedresouce.com
could you tell me exactly how to input this... does it need .\ before it? Not sure how to identify correctly this setting.

Database: dnn122370300xxxx

Integrated security : checked

Run as db Owner: checked

Object Qualifier;

I've given up on trying to recover the site as it was, godaddy is not helping, seems to make everything worse. Just trying to get new load of DNN - Then see if I can restore the Database I was using when the site was working. I have a backup of the site db and i have the skins/containers/pages on my local host.

Can you assist me to try to recover from this disaster.

Side question: Is it possible to restore my db if the version of DNN was different from the current version I am now trying to install?  Is there any hope?
