Create a SQL Server database on the Hosting Server, use the same user name as on your developer Maschine. Backup the database of your DNN on SQL Express. Upload the backup file to your hoster and restore the database on the Hosters SQL Server.

Good practice on developement are:

Use the developer Maschine only to create Skin packages and module packages. This means create your Skin and Module Projects and perform a DNN install package.

On the Production Server install a new DNN instance, then upload your packages.  Create your pages and add then Modules and content via the Browser.

Of cause you can done this all on your local Maschine, and copy file to the hoster, but if you not have RDP Access to the SQL Server you will have Problems to restore your database on the Hosters SQL Server.
