Sebastian,

By the same database connection i mean:
A) in App_Data folder file mdf+ldf (web.config AttachDbFilename=|DataDirectory|)
B) the same database name (web.config AttachDbFilename=|DataDirectory|Database.mdf)
C) the same Windows Authentication (web.config Integrated Security=True;User Instance=True")
D) the same SQL version Express 2005 (web.config connectionString="Data Source=.\SQLExpress)

..all this in another PC.

So, what I did:
A) I copy and paste all the files in Inetpub/wwwroot/dnn6 (along with App_Date/mdf+ldf) to the other PC
B) configure the IIS7 .NET Frameword 4.0 app pool
C) Convert the folder "Inetpub/wwwroot/dnn6" to application in IIS 7
D) run in browser http://localhost/dnn6 and it redirects me to .../InstallWizard.aspx

What steps i miss, what should i do to copy and paste dnn6 app to another PC and run it as it is?

Just wanted to add:
So, we have another database, in another PC, another folder but with the same connection string because the name, folder, authentication methods and sql server version are the same.

please make sure the new website address has been added as Portal Alias (in table portal Alias) for each of the web sites in your DNN installation.

There's no new website address. I have two portal aliases in PC1 dnn installation which are called (dnn6 (default portal 0) and jewm (portal 3)). WHen i try to run http://localhost/dnn6 it redirects me to ....InstallWizard.aspx and whe I true to run http://locahost/jewm it returns me error HTTP 404

if you install DNN in a subdirectory of localhost, you need to make sure it is confiured as virtual directory and there is no alias supported (though you may use child portals). I prefer setting up local DNN websites using parent portal and alias in hosts file. Maybe http://mikevdm.com/dnn would help you best with the local setup.
