I have reproduced your issue.  I think there would no solution, between the new Active Forums will be availible and will replaced the DNN Forum.

I think it is anthing in the code behind. I know I tested the attachment month ago, not sure what was the DNN Version. Now it didn't work for me too.

Wont be fixed I think, about I posted the Forum will replaced with the Active Forums Module !

You can use the Lite version of AF 4, you can download free after registration and verification on www.activeforums.com check the download buttom left beside the Profile.

About Acitve Forum, I've tried this, but I can't work with this beta 2 version, because when I select a feature in the menu it appears for a millisecond and then I'm back to the front page....

 this is a problem specific to ie.....either use a different browser or upgrade the beta to the rc version where it is fixed.
