Hi sebastian,

 Thanks for reply.. I changed the refrence of web.extension dll to 3.5 as given in that post , but now it is giving the following error:

 Please guide me.

sorry, I don't have access to a DNN installation atm, please compare the section with same section inside release.config file, which should reside in root of your installation.

Hi sebastian,

 Thanks for reply.. I have changed that line in my web config from the release.config . But now site is opening and showing opening url with same as

www.site.com/Default.aspx?tabid=37&error=Object+reference+not+set+to+an+instance+of+an+object.&content=0

 Please guide how to solve

ErrorA critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hi sebastian,

When I am trying to /install/install.aspx?mode=installresources , it is giving the following errors please guide me,  when I am opening the site it showing "A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object." and showing nothing,only skin images are displaying, when I logged in then it is displaying all the module, but when I am opening the host setting it is giving error , in module settings  also, please guide me.
