if there is no associated item in eventlog table, there might be an item in log4net files, please use the wiki for settings and how to retrieve the logs.

Hi,

From log4net, during the exporting portal process i have:

many times Missing localization key and a few times ERROR] DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.ModuleController - Value cannot be null.

Log copy&paste lines:

2012-09-08 11:33:53,832 [DMitar1][Thread:6][WARN] DotNetNuke.Services.Localization.LocalizationProvider - Missing localization key. key://Test.String resFileRoot:~/App_GlobalResources/GlobalResources.resx threadCulture:en-US userlan:

2012-09-08 11:37:43,483 [DMitar1][Thread:5][ERROR] DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.ModuleController - Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: folder
System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: folder
at DotNetNuke.Services.FileSystem.FileManager.GetFile(IFolderInfo folder, String fileName)
at DotNetNuke.Modules.Media.MediaController.ExportModule(Int32 ModuleID)
at DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.ModuleController.AddContent(XmlNode nodeModule, ModuleInfo module)

Any tips how can I handle that?

In fact, checking the DNN version 6.00.02 which successfully export the same portal, it has the same errors and warnings in the log file. So, it's probably the the reason is not in these errors and warns.

Also, the file :~/App_GlobalResources/GlobalResources.resx seems the almost the same in both DNN 6.00.02 and 6.02.02 with the same portals in both versions. I don't think that something is missing in this file.

test.txt might be a fake key used just to determine existance of the file. A missing file still being referenced in content might cause export to fail in your current situation (although it should not)

Test.String represents just a menu name "Test:.

Two other example rows of the log file:

2012-09-08 11:31:20,939 [DMitar1][Thread:6][WARN] DotNetNuke.Services.Localization.LocalizationProvider - Missing localization key. key://Blog.String resFileRoot:~/App_GlobalResources/GlobalResources.resx threadCulture:en-US userlan:

...where i have Blog menu and Contacts menu.
