Jamie did you ever get a resolution for :
  1. When editing the users profile fields, it wasn't obvious what the padlock symbols were for configuring the visibility of that information.
  2. There was no quick way of seeing all the profile visibility values set for all the fields, without clicking through each of them.

I would like to display the current setting (all, members ...) beside the lock, to make it more obvious what the lock is for and show members what settings are without having to click on 25 lock symbols.
