A year ago i was searching for a reliable hosting company for DotNetnuke. Reading here, i found a couple of guys here suggesting 3Essentials.

So i moved some DNN websites to 3Essentials and then some classic ASP websites, around 30 or something.

During the last six months i had NOTHING BUT TROUBLE with 3Essentials. Everything were so difficult to with them, from hosting to paying.

- Backups weren't available when i needed them (3 times). Because their backup plan didn't work and they didn't knew about it. Go figure. Manual backup (SQL) was deactivated from Plesk.

- Very Very VERY VERY slow  servers. Various excuses were given, problematic drives (not), my websites (NOT), the weather in Texas (maybe). The timeouts especially the last 2-3 months were even logged in the IIS logs and DNN even logs. Also reported by my worldwide checkers (PingDom for example).

- They don't care about customers. They changed their price structure six months ago, but only for NEW customers. So old customers pay more and new customers pay less for the very same plan. When i complained they replied that my plan was .....Version #1 !!!!

I even asked to talk to the owner/manager of 3Essentials, to complain about all that. They told me it is ... private. Go figure.

When i got angry, they told me that maybe their "services" are not for me (aka: please go and leave us alone to our misery).

So i Canceled my August vacations, that so much i needed, and moved around 30 websites away from 3Essentials in 2 weeks.

3Essentials is one of the WORST companies i have used the last 15 years.

My DNN websites are now at Applied Innovations. For around two months now i didn't had a SINGLE problem.

My Classic ASP website and some NET Blogs to HostGator. Also excellent.

Seems like you've already had quite the ordeal with 3Essentials, and I'm glad to hear that you have stabilized and gotten all the sites back up. Another option that you can look into is getting your own dedicated server. You definitely have enough sites that it could definitely be worth looking into. ServerSilo has a great value on servers.  http://serversilo.com/Servers/Overvie.... I work for them of course, so if you have any questions let me know.
