I have a DNN 3.2.2 site that has been running without problems for several months.  No recent changes have been made to the site.

Today, my client has reported that two users are not able to login to the site.  The site log shows that they are successfully logged in, but the user says that they are still seeing the Login/Register at the top of the page.  The site is very active and other users are able to register/login.

I'm wondering if this is a problem with the user's brower settings.  What settings should I be looking for that would cause this problem?  Has anyone else had this problem?

Most of the time it helps to clear cookies on the browser and login again.

The user claims that they "cleared out the cookies".  However, I have no way to verify that they actually did it correct or not.

It sure would be nice to have a page that users could browse to that would tell me about their system's setup.  What's their OS, browers version, etc.  May be a button they could click that would clear their browser's cache, temp. files, cookies...  I know that I wouldn't be able to see it, but if I was on the phone with the user I could have them browse to the page and read the settings to me.  Or, the page could capture the info and email it to me.  Not sure that something like this would be possible, but it would be helpful.  Sometimes what the user believes to be true, isn't what actually is true.
