DotNetNuke requires Windows hosting with the option to use SQL Server (full or Express version). Check, whether your hosting provider does offer hosting of this kind.

Hi

Using FTP you can upload you website and db backup into your host account. You may able get FTP interface in your 'WinHost' control panel.
May be you can search for some video or steps to upload related to WinHost.

Thanks

to move your site, first start adding the final domain addres as host alias in Admin > Site Settings.
Next copy all files to the target server and copy the database (procedure depends on database access mode and products provided by your hosting provider) and finally adjust both database connection strings in web.config.
