Hi All,

I have had this issue since upgrading to DNN 6.x (it still exists on DNN 6.2.3) - whenever I try to open Site settings (which is obviously super important ;)

I thought it might be related to the 8 gig of ActiveSocial profiles I had so I erased my cache folders on my test server and all profile icons etc. and checked the size - it's not big, however it still happens and I have not been able to get to my Site's setting page in 6 months...

Any suggestions please?

Rodney, did you try performing a recursive file sync in admin > File Manager?

I somehow knew you were going to say that (and yes I have, many times ;). It does finish but no joy after that!

Thanks, you put me on the right track - I had around 10k.

I deleted all my extra folders that I didn't need and deleted the Folders table - you haveto do both at the same time or it recreates the folders ;)

Then I did a recursive synch and this rebuilt the Folders table (I now have 1200 folders) - took some time.

Site Settings now work (although I can't save them due to another error I will raise) - thanks for your help.
