I looked at support desk (dnn modules), active cases (active modules) and helpdesk (dnn toolset).  I recommend the first two but it is all about the details you want the system to do and the competence of your users.

I have used both Support Desk (DNN Modules) and Onyaktech Sigma products.    Support Desk offers a feature that I could not find anywhere else.
With Support Desk you can add formated text to your categories which will be displayed to a user.  So for instance if you have users submitting requests for DNS change you can populate that category with the required questions for this type of request like IP address, Name, etc...   Or provide instructions for the user in the request.

Thought you might like to know this.

As a non-dnn solution, look at smarter-ticket. They have a free version.
