Hello,

My shared host has posted that they are going to be rolling out windows updates to ASP.Net 4.5 on all of their shared servers.  I still have a number of sites running DNN 5.6.3 under ASP.Net 2 or 3.5. Will my sites still run under ASP.Net 4.5? Will I need to change anything? I wasn't really planning on upgrading these sites past the 5.x.x series.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks

Rich

My host just replied in their forum telling me that ASP.NET 4.5. will only replace 4.0. ASP.NET 3.5 will be left untouched. That is a relief. Still wonder how/if a 5.6.3 site would function properly or if changes would need to be made.

please note, that DNN has not yet been released to support ASP.Net 4.5 and most likely elder versions will produce issues.
