I'm writing a web service in DNN, and wondering if I can expose the built in DNN sitemap provider to the web service (for external sites)..

Anyone ever done this? Or know of the best way to accomplish this? C# ?

of course, you may create a module, which exposes any accessible data, including the page structure, as a web service. Have a look at the menu module.

Was thinking about doing it via Web service. ie. expose a particular dnn method perhaps for outputting as a Sitemap provider in ASP.net ... looking to expose it to another site, right now ive customized and made a custom sitemap provider based on the SQL information not using DNN objects.
