Site in question is running DNN 6.0.2 and was working fine up until the update of chrome to build 22. Now it seems all javascript based form functionality is broken. For instance there is a simple search that throws the following error on the screen:

A critical error has occurred. An unexpected error has occurred

and in the logs I see:

System.ArgumentException: Invalid postback or callback argument.

Event validation is enabled. We have found that adjusting the user agent to report an earlier version of chrome or a different browser all together (i.e.; Firefox) resolves the problem.

When viewing the post made between a successful experinece in Firefox to the failed experience in chrome apprears to be a lot missing from the post url.

We are baffled by this. In our development environment this is not happening. One of the biggest differences is that our production environment has web farm enabled.

I have no issues viewing this site in Chrome 22. Maybe you should upgrade to a more recent version.

I should have indicated that I was not talking about this forum. This is a site that we are hosting. Trying to track down the problem as to what might be causing things to now work. It all seems to be tied to the useragent string for some reason.

do you experience same issue with default skin and container? did you check app_brosers folder for latest browser caps?
