 No the errors ARE saying that they cannot load a missing dll file.  

But what they are suggesting is happening is that these particular dll files only need to be called under specific circumstances - in this case when the file they are trying to index has permission issue - or is just filled with images.

As such you still need to work out what module is the culprit - and talk to the developer - or alternatively download and install the full library of IKVM dlls
