I'm developing a module for DNN and am working with DNN 5. While debugging a change I'm making i have encountered a strange situation.  When trying to read the value of a cookie that I have tested to make sure it exists I keep getting the following error:

DotNetNuke Error

Error An error has occurred.
An error has occurred.

For whatever reason when I click on the 'Return to site' link I find that I am no longer logged onto the site. Any ideas of what could be causing this?

make sure, you are not modifying DNN authentication cookie.

Thanks for the reply.  I don't believe that I was affecting the DNN cookies.  Your reply, however, did become a catalyst for my looking at what I was doing a little differently and thus far I've gotten past whatever was causing the problem. Hopefully it doesn't come back again.
