Hi,

I have a DNN 6.2.2 portal and I have installed the Store 3.0 module, created the Admin, My Account and Store pages with their respective modules. The Admin and My Account pages work as expected but when I try to go to the Store page and add a product, it shows the error below.

Error: LINC Store is currently unavailable.DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Unable to find the specified file. ---> System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Unable to find the specified file. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Store.Catalog.TemplateInfo..ctor(String file, Boolean parse, Boolean IsLogged) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Store.Catalog.TemplateController.ParseTemplate(String templatePath, String templateName, String templateError, Boolean IsLogged, ProcessTokenDelegate processTokenDelegate) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Store.WebControls.Catalog.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I looked in the ../DesktpModules/Store/Templates and the files are all there but for some reason they are not being found by the module.

Thanks for your help!
Frank

Hi,

Please verify if the setting 'Portal Template' is checked in the Store admin module. If yes, you should have a folder \Store\Templates in the portal root. If this folder is not present, uncheck the 'Portal Template' setting and save. Please download and read the Templating Guide available at Codeplex for details.

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.
