The latest forum module version 3.20.06 is available for download. It is also included with the latest DotNetNuke x.3.1 source installs. This module has only been tested in Core versions 3.2.2, 4.0.3 and the x.3.1 lines. There was the 3.20.05 version which was available only with the 3.3/4.3 downloads, but we found a couple minor issues we wanted to fix immediately.

The user guide will not be published for this release, please see the previous doc as most of the functionality is the same. (Although there are some changes, this will definately get you going).  We will be spending the time on the next forum version and an update of the gallery module and hopefully receiving community feedback to resolve any issues. (Sometimes you have to sacrafice one thing for another)

Version 03.20.06 (Just a quick fix release)

This release was packaged 2 days from .05 to correct immediate needs found in RC release.

- FOR-3146 - Add height spacer to be consistant with other group headers.

- FOR-3147 - Remove Forum_Download.aspx and Forum_Attachment.aspx as they are legacy and stop ASP.NET 2.0 builds from compiling.

- Corrected it so only IsTrusted users can see the edit button in posts. (It previously showed and sent to an access denied in 3.20.05)

- Corrected bug in Forum Thread View Order.

Version 03.20.05

There are items in this release which were half implemented but have been held back and hidden in order to release to the public faster. These items will not be seen unless you dive into the source code and they will not interfere with the module operating properly. In addition to this, some usability issues exist which were being enhanced but had to be held back because of time constraints.

- FOR-2275 - Added handler to ThreadMove so it did something.  Corrected Redirection URL to include mid.

- FOR-2260 - Added missing Forum_UserDeleteReads sproc & missing Forum_UserThreadsDelete sproc.

- FOR-2295 - Added anchors to each post in posts view.  Also added ability to navigate to single post via emails, hard url w/ # at end, and on return of post add/reply.

- FOR-2908 - Added new header per post and moved posted time to it.  It uses the Forum_AltHeader class and Forum_AltHeaderText.  Makes display more complete. (In Flat View Only)

- FOR-2323 - Added formating against bad word filter (if enabled) for What's New subjects.
