The upgrade installed fine and the upgrade page came up (asking for superuser account info).  Enter login info and the system ran through the upgrade process...no errors...everything was great.

But....clicking on Access Portal takes me back to the Upgrade page.  Accessing the website takes me to the upgrade page.  It still reports that I am on 6.2.2 and wants to upgrade.

Help!

Have you cleared your browser cache and tried again - seems likely its just your browser serving you the locally cached page.

When it goes back to the upgrade page it is still reporting 6.2.2.

I restored the backup (did not restore the sql backup) and everything appears to be running fine on 6.2.2.  Tried the upgrade again...same issue.

No reason it would not have the same access to web.config as it had before the upgrade...so not sure that question makes any sense to me.

Same error on 4 and final attempt.  Where would I look for what might be causing the issue?
