I'm using F&L version 6.0.0 on a website built on Bluish skin (by Coding Staff).
I've set up a very simple Contact Us page with defined text fields like First name, Last name, Contact e-mail etc.
It is working fine except that the Title appears above the field rather than next to it.

I used F&L (earlier version - 5.1.3) on another website on a skin called DyNNamite.VisionW3C.Blue (by DyNNamite.co.uk) and it worked first time. I didn't need to tell it to put the title to the left of the field.

I'm a newbie at this version of F&L, so any advice would be appreciated.

Form and List uses the UX guidelines from dotnentnuke (aka DNN form pattern), which were introduced in DNN6. The form is now built without any tables, the layout is controlled by css. If you are using an old skin which is not fully compatible with DNN6, 

I suggest to contact coding staff whether they have an updated version of the skin for you.  

Otherwise you can check the html source with firebug (or any browser built in tool by F12) and check which css statement causes the two lines.

Update:

Hi Stefan, Thanks for the advice. After some e-mails back & forth with Coding staff, it appears the problem is with IE7! This is my work computer which I can't upgrade, so everybody else sees the form the way it is supposed to be seen!
