I set up Google Analytics Pro, but when I go to Google to see my stats, it says "Tracking not installed, tracking code not detected on your home page, etc..." Here's everything I did to set up Analytics:

1. I created a Google Analytics account and got a Tracking ID.
2. I logged into my DNN 6.2.0 site as admin
3. Went to Admin > Google Analytics Pro. I pasted in my tracking ID, left everything else alone, clicked Update.
4. I logged out of DNN admin.
5. I visited a few of my pages.
6. I went to Google Analytics site, saw the message about tracking not installed.

Not sure where to even start to debug this, but I did verify that the right JavaScript code is being properly inserted in the pages (manually checked the page source).

Analytics did start recording hits a few hours later. There could indeed be a delay in GA registration of the tracking ID, but the GA report page's warning message seemed to imply it knew about the ID and knew to look for it on the site. So for anyone with problems with newly installed Google Analytics who finds this thread later, my advice is to ignore Google's "can't find tracking code on your site" warning and give it a few hours.
