I'm tiring to figure out how to setup categories in the DNN Blog v5.00.00 module/extension.

While in Control Panel for the blog extention > basic settings > Category Vocabulary Root:  Drop Down

It states: A portal level vocabulary root must be specified in order for categories to be available to bloggers for selection.

How do I go about setting this up?  Also, so you know, I am just using this as a "personal" blog.

Thank you in advance.
