Why are the tables Search Item, SearchItemWord, SearchItemWordPosition,  SearchWord empty???

I cannot understand this as they have clearly mentioned  in the documents that "When you search for an individual term DNN will look to see if that word exists in the SearchWord table" but in my case this table is always empty..

Correct me if i m mistaken i thought this table should contain all the indexed words..If not could u please clarify as to what this table is meant to contain.

What is the use of SearchCommonWords table?..

I m facing a lot of confusions in understanding how the DNN search internally works and so i have so many questions in my mind..

I hope someone could help me out.

Do you have a SearchResults module on any of your site pages?

If not add one and then the scheduler should populate your tables.
