I renamed all TabName’s that contained special characters and unfortunately the error still persists.

I also ran the suggested query to check metadata and it did not produce any hits.

SELECT MetaDataName, Count(1) N FROM {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}Metadata GROUP BY MetaDataName Having Count(1) > 1

Log4net in ‘All’ mode does not reveal anything else besides the original error. The only new information I can add about the issue is that it throws the same exact error when I try to delete a portal too,

Slight correction to previous post. The error message is eerily similar, yet starts differently than original error message at beginning of this thread. The error received when attempting to delete a portal reads as follows:

Error: Site Management is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
