I had a simular issue using the DNN 7.0 Build 1065 Community Edition.  I tried some more installs and then on the end it wend fine.  It looks as my posted issue was reprocedure by the QA Team and they are on work on it.

By the way it Looks as a new build of the community Edition was submitted on Okt. 9 , so please check if a new build of the professional Edition is availible for download.
