I've upgraded from 3.2.2 to 3.3.1.

I use domain authenitcation, which still works, unless you click logout.

host and admin user accounts don't login, and when sending the password for host it says:

"There was an error retrieving your password. No password was sent."

I've tried to create a new instance, and copy the password and passwordsalt to the existing db, but that doesn't work.

I've managed to find an admin domain user, but I cannot set the password for the admin account, any ideas?
