How can I remove folders that have been remaned or deleted from the server but still exist in the file manager.
I have verified the folder structure on the server, cleared the cache, and sycronized file system but nothing seems to work.

I also noticed that the file system is not refreshing or synching when logged in as host also.  I have custom skins which were placed on the server (_default portal) and are available via the skin selection tools but I do not see them in the DNN file manager.
What could possibly be preventing DNN from see/refreshing the folders and files in it's host and portals directories?
Thanks..

I am seeing this reported in Gemini and I am wondering now why there are others which do not see these type of errors at all?  This has made my portal unmanagable now with 30+ directorys and 400+ files.

I am having the same problem in 4.3.1.  Anyone have any ideas?  Server settings perhaps?  I have granted the ASP.NET worker process full control over the portal directory and still no luck.

What happens if you select the folder and click synschronize in the File Manager? That seems to fix it for me.

Had the same problem myself with .resource files, mainly left over after deleting a gallery portal from a site.
