If your like me and you don't read the instructions you are probably looking for an answer as to why after you upgraded AD Authentication Module it does not redirect.  Well, I flipped every switch, looked under every stone...  In the end I accidentally read the instructions at the end of the module metadata (package settings) and found out that you must do the following:

To run the provider under IIS 7.x in integrated mode two commands are needed to be run from a command prompt on the server.

%windir%\system32\inetsrv\appcmd unlock config /section:anonymousAuthentication
%windir%\system32\inetsrv\appcmd unlock config /section:windowsAuthentication

Make sure you "Run as Administrator" on the command prompt.
